Missing Samples

I didn't receive any samples for my latest online order even though I chose three. I was very disappointed especially since after submitting my order I received an email that the item I chose from the rewards bazaar was out of stock even though it was still an available option online. This isn't the first time I've experienced this. I have also received an out of stock email after submitting purchase on a full size perfumes and other items and was sent the wrong three samples. Very disappointed lately!
