WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?! Very UPSET

I've placed an order at Dec. 13 and now it's 17 and my order is still pending. For my previous TWO orders they were was cancelled after a few days of pending. I am really concerned about this one being canceled too because that way I will miss the sale for VIB. Can anyone look that up for me? Thanks!

I CALLED customer support and they manually re-placed the order. WHAT IS HAPPENING?
