I did not get my free samples

I placed an order and was told to pick 3 samples that I was gonna use as stocking stuffers for my girlfriend but they didnt came in the box with my order. Kinda false advertisements. I was really expecting them and it was a plus for ordering from Sephora. Do they ship them separately?

They won’t ship them separate, they may offer you 75-100 points to make up for the lack of samples
