Seriously, Sephora?

Out of all these items, I'm receiving two. SO annoying. I've heard of this happening to others but have never experienced it myself. I now understand the frustration. At first (which seems like forever ago) I was sent an email stating I wasn't receiving five items and today yet another email with the same news. I basically wasted my $25 coupon. It wasn't even applied to my order because the total wound up so low. Sephora should make up for sending such an "Amazing, can't miss this!" coupon and not being able to deliver. I want $25 worth of Deluxe Samples! -___- Oh and forget flash shipping. They must have thrown that out the window with my order because dang. Turtle speed. Yeah, yeah, yeah...holiday time is busy.

@dreamsintexas If your items are in stock I recommend calling customer service and ask them to send you your items and charge you the price with the discount. Same thing happened to me and they were able to reorder my item with the discounted price. Good Luck!!
