Issue with Beauty Remedy Play box

I received the wrong edition, but that has been delt with and the products are all good, I had just wanted to try the one I'd choosen. But now, I still haven't received the 50 point play pass. Generally they are in the regular play boxes, but in the product description it said that it would be emailed and I haven't received it yet (in email or physical form).

I have ordered all the special edition play boxes and never recieved an email to redeem the 50 points as well. i always get the 50 points card with the monthly playbox. Can you help me please????

I also did not receive the correct edition, and I also did not receive the 50 point pass.I actually did not even know I was supposed to have received this pass until I read your post!
