Yes, unfortunately the dollar amount resets every year on Jan 1st and
you have until December 31st to spent $350. So if you didn't reach VIB
(even if you were $2 away) by yesterday, you will remain an Insider
until you spend $350 this Calendar year.

Next time you place an order online, it should give you the option to
add it to your cart. Also, next time you go in store, you could ask a
cast mate to see if they have any in stock. ❤️ And...congrats on

Beauty insider has been down all day. Everything will be fixed. It’s a
problem nationwide. If you buy something today& your points don’t go up,
keep your receipt and talk to a Sephora customer service rep.
