Didn't receive samples multiple times when ordering online.

I order fairly regularly from Sephora, and I really love the free samples since they let me try something that I may want to buy the full size of later. I just received an order today with zero samples in it and I chose three. My last order got lost or something and it took over a month, and when they re-shipped it to me they put zero samples in it. I have never even once received even one of the samples that I chose, which makes me wonder why they even let us choose if we never get any of them. It makes me sad and frustrated because I really love Sephora, but I really hope there is a solution to this problem. Thanks

There's been several times when I don't receive all 3 of the samples I asked for. I'm assuming that's because they were out of stock on it when they filled my order, which I'm okay with. But I did have one order recently where I only got 2 samples. No idea where the 3rd one was, but it wasn't in my box!
