Recieved Broken Item
The setting spray had frozen and the glass bottle cracked, cut myself on
one of the shards when I opened the box. I’ve never had this problem

Rouge Status Issue
I made sure I spent enough to keep my Rouge status (my order even said
"this order qualifies for you to keep your status in 2018"), but now I'm

Pending Still?
This hasn't ever happened to me. Usually I'll place an order and it
ships same day however I've had a pending order for 3 days now and one
of my items lists out of stock. I called the Rouge line but they werent
much help.

automated answer which does not ever talk about samples from the STORE !

sample issues
i'm seeing a lot of similar complaints. i'm at least happy i got
samples... and i can understand if they run out and have to use
different ones... but i got 2 of the same ones. luckily i love the
scent, but it's still frustrating.
