Rouge Monthly Gifts? 2 Day Shipping?
What is this monthly gift and why have I never received anything since
becoming a VIB nor a Rouge member? Also, is the 2 Day shipping a joke as

Hi @Anonymous. The monthly gifts refer to our promotions, some of which
are ROUGE and VIB exclusives. In addition, while FLASH 2 day shipping is
free for ROUGE and a one time $10 charge for VIB and BI...

The monthly gifts are actually gifts with purchase @Anonymous. Sephora
will send you an email at the beginning of the month containing a promo
code that can be redeemed for 3 travel size products with a minimum
purchase of either $25, $35, or $45.

I recently became VIB - but I received emails with “gift with purchase”
promotions all the time (at least monthly) as a BI. If these are the
“monthly gifts” this chart is reflecting, I think there is an issue with
advertising.

I don’t recall ever getting a monthly email for the rouge gift and I’ve
been a rouge for a long time. I also haven’t received the renewal
gift... It’s been disappointing lately...

Rouge- Enjoy free 3 day shipping?
I may have missed this, but I wanted too see if the 2-day flash shipping
for Rouge changed this year. I went to place an order, and I noticed it
says Rouge enjoy 3-day shipping. Is this a new change in 2018?

I didn't get any today when my package arrived 😞 The past two times,
they were the wrong samples. I may add that my package came 1 week
later, despite 2 day flash shipping. I think Sephora has a lot of work
to do in regards to customer satisfaction.

Order status
I placed 2 orders on friday December 29. I do have the flash 2 day
shipping. I should've gotten my packages yesterday, December 31. I was
wondering why my orders are still pending? And why I haven't gotten any
of my orders....

I got a custom makeover for my birthday and I want to access the list of
products the mua used but I don't know where to look for it. She said it
