Missing Samples

What has changed in the past year at the shipping warehouses with samples?  I always used to get the samples I requested, then this perk went slowly down the drain.  Instead of the samples I wanted, I received replacements.  Now, my past two orders have been completely out of samples!  The right samples were great and appreciated, the wrong samples were a bummer, but no samples is a HUGE disappointment.  Can anything be done about this?

I had the same problem. Called and they told me that when the samples you select are out of stock they just don't send you anything. Seems like they should send what they have BUT apparently people complained about that too (I wouldn't mind it!).

Calling will get you 75 pts on your account each order, but there's usually a wait time over the phone and it's a pain.

Sephora--wish you would just automatically credit accounts when samples are out of stock. I get it, things run out but making your customers jump through hoops to get the perks you advertise isn't great business.
