Online order gone wrong

I ordered over $79 worth of product paid for it on Sunday it is now Wednesday evening and STILL it has not been shipped also the so called free gifts every single one of them is "out of stock" very unsatisfied with Sephoras customer service

Hi @Anonymous. All orders are processed on business days, Monday - Friday. We do not process on weekends or holidays. Also, are you referring to a promo or samples? If items are cancelled from your account, you will receive an email notification about this. If you have additional questions, send me a private message. Happy to assist!
