Beauty insider has been down all day. Everything will be fixed. It’s a
problem nationwide. If you buy something today& your points don’t go up,
keep your receipt and talk to a Sephora customer service rep.

Same issue here! I'm VIB and when logging into my account, it says 'join
now' under the Beauty Insider drop down. I see this both via web browser
and Sephora app for iOS.

Points Disappeared at the stroke of Midnight
All my status and points vanished. It states that I’m back at the bottom
of the tier. Which I was about to make a purchase that would if put me
at Rouge status. I put off making any purchase until it’s fixed. Thanks

Went to make a purchase and noticed that my 2100 points were completely
gone. I hope they're able to give back my points. I'd like to be able to
go ahead and complete my order...... Any official word about what the

I am having account issues. My points have deleted. My play subscription
cancelled. My past purchases have been erased. And sometimes it says I
have no account. Can you please restore my account?

glitch in the system currently. Points and statuses will be re-instated
soon.

of 2018 and my 30726 points have been deleted.

Mine reset to 0 also. I thought if we were still active they didn’t
expire like that? Only if we hadn’t used or purchased anything in a
