I placed an order last night, it is In Progress right now, but I didn't
receive any points. All it says was Customer Service Annual YTD
Reset...What does this mean? Did my order go through and will I get my

Where did my points go!!!
Yesterday I had over 1600 reward points and today it’s saying I have
0!!!! I did not redeem any of them obviously. I’ve been saving these
points for a long time too! Anyone else have this happen to them?

Yup, happened to me as soon as it rolled into the new year! Sure hoping
this glitch is fixed and there was some record of how many points we had
before it! I was at over 2300!

PLS HELP! What happend to Sephora app? Why all of a sudden point went
missing and account appread to be null? OMG I have racked up points for
a year! this is insane 😭😭😭

My points went missing and it’s telling me to join beauty insider!! I
don’t understand! I’m a VIB and I already had an insider account! Can
