Order went through twice on debit card but no order confirmations?

I ordered 3 of the #lipstories lipsticks last night and the app glitched and I made the order twice. I got charged on my debit card twice but I have not received a confirmation email for either order and they are not showing up under my recent orders either. I don’t understand how neither of the orders are showing yet I was charged for both. Please help

I can confirm that an order was not placed successfully and the transaction amounts that you were seeing were pending authorizations associated with these order attempts. Please PM me if there is anything else that I can help you with.
