hi! I just made 3 orders and 9 various samples but was only sent a handful of perfumes it seems they chose when packing. Is there any way we can fix this, I love Sephora but I was disappointed because I thought the samples were a huge perk to order online and wait for my order rather than going in to the store

I understand this can be disappointing and I apologize for any inconvenience. Sample substitutions may occur because our sample inventory is limited and changes frequently. I recommend sharing unwanted samples with friends or donating them to your favorite local charity. If I can help with anything else, please send me a private message.
