I haven't been getting my samples either. I called customer service the
first 2 times it happened and I was offered points, but now I'm just
like whatever, but still confused as to why samples are being left out.

I just made a similar post! I just got 3 orders in the mail and none of
my samples. I spend a hefty amount of money with Sephora, and look
forward to the samples. I’m pretty upset I didn’t get any in THREE
packages 😡

AAHHH! Where are my points?
Do points reset at the new year? I lost all my points and am super
bummed. I was saving my points for a larger reward. Is there a way to
get them back? I thought I had rouge until 12/2018 and am not sure about
