Update: I would suggest contacting Sephora via their FB messenger.
They've responded there and are "forwarding the issue to the
appropriate". Hopefully, of enough consumers address it, they'll fix it.

I just made a similar post! I just got 3 orders in the mail and none of
my samples. I spend a hefty amount of money with Sephora, and look
forward to the samples. I’m pretty upset I didn’t get any in THREE

Do points reset at the new year? I lost all my points and am super
bummed. I was saving my points for a larger reward. Is there a way to

Recieved Broken Item
The setting spray had frozen and the glass bottle cracked, cut myself on
