Missing Sample Bag and Samples!
I placed a large order recently and received none of the samples I
chose, and neither the Me Time RESET sample bag as promised. The order
arrived a week late (and I could not use the items for the event for
which they were ordered). Pls help!

This happened to me twice this month. I had two orders and did not
receive samples, not even substitutions. I wrote customer service and
told them three samples of anything are better than NO samples....

Order still pending
I placed an order online on the 29 of December and it’s now January the
2nd and my order status still stands at pending.. what’s going on.. when
will my order be shipped?!?! I’m worried that the items I have in my
cart will sell out!

Items that sell out after your order has been placed will probably not
affect whether your order will be fulfilled. December 30 & 31 were
weekends...processing time is in business days, which January 1 also was
not.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Sephora has the worst customer service. They made me phone them 5 times.
one of the representatives I spoke with even hang up on me! The issue
was why my points and amount was not updated in my profil...

Points missing
I still can't see my points after the update yesterday. I've tried to
email Sephora and everything and haven't received an answer. Seems like
everyone's points were put back. I can't do anything with my account.

Sephora Samples
I just received my online order but did not receive the free samples (3)
I selected. I was actually looking into purchasing two out of three of
those products and received nothing! Why is this? I see it has happened

I’ve just been making a few posts and all of a sudden I went from 1700+

was browsing stuffs and before i check out...I realized i have no
