qualify for VIB for the remaining of the year and until December 31st,

No samples in my order at all, ot even substitutions.!!
very frustrated with Sephora right now. I got my order that I placed on
Christmas Eve, yesterday. I had placed samples in my order, I received
the item and the point perk and the item. No samples.

This has happened in my last SIX orders. I spoke to a rep yesterday who
claims it’s “not them, is the warehouse”. Super frustrating I know! 😞

Missing samples
I recieved my online order today which was to include 3 samples none of

This is getting old! Surely you know one of the main reasons we shop
with you over Ulta etc is the samples? It's unacceptable for this to

What good would that do? I'm seriously asking. I've gotten three more
orders since this post, and ZERO samples. Clearly your policy for
providing samples has changed and your site and emails are now riddled
with false advertising.

I hear you on this girl! Same here. I would call and speak to them, they
usually will give you points to use toward deluxe samples for the major
error. Not helpful AFTER your order, but a bandaid for your wound 😞
