Update: I just received an email from Sephora customer service and they

I think the product just moved to one side of the container while being
shipped and getting tossed around . Usually body creams are not filled
to the very top, but I could be wrong!

Hi @Jenny21484, If you're not satisfied with an item, you have 60 days
(30 days in Canada) to return or exchange an item within the original
purchase date along with a receipt. I hope this information...

Sephora is really good with returns and hasn’t said anything to me when
i returned something that was used after a couple months. Especially if
you are just gonna exchange it for a different color!
