DAMAGED BOXES, STILL NO SAMPLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve emailed customer support, which NEVER helps, and I have a health issue that prevents phone conversations for now. Two orders delivered today. UPS left the boxes on my uncovered porch during a torrential downpour without bagging them. They pretty much just fell apart, soaked through. Amazingly enough, products are fine. However, one order had all items, bonus reward, & 3 samples. The second had only the item ordered and one-100 pt BI reward. No samples whatsoever. This makes SEVEN of my last NINE orders shipped without samples. I have complained over, and over, and over about this issue, to basically say “sorry, but a great way to sample products is to drop by a local Sephora”. As I’ve repeated SO MANY TIMES, this is not possible for me. I order online due to health issues; I can’t drive an hour to the closest Sephora. I’ve asked to have my account flagged, just to be sure the distribution centers realize I’m having a sample problem; I was told this was impossible. As it stands now, I am just beyond irate. I have pics of all damage to boxes, as well as what products I received. I would like an actual SOLUTION, or I will just take the bulk of my business to Ulta-I’ve has it.
