Haven’t Received Refund
I sent back two items 2.5 weeks ago from an online purchase and still
haven’t received a refund. I used the tracking code and it was delivered
to the center a while ago. When will get he money credit to my account?

I️ had ordered gifts for my sisters and that package was delivered the
27th, we just got back from vacation and when I️ opened the package one
the gifts was not in there. I️t was listed on the invoice but missing.

So I made a purchase in store today and I’m finding that my points and
purchases aren’t showing up on my app. I’ve already (prior to today)
called Sephora TWICE to link all my accounts and I know I gave the
cashier the right email. What’s the deal?

Missing Samples
I just rec'd an order I placed Dec. 29 and no samples were included.
They were listed on my order but not on the packing slip. I know they're
just samples but it's one of the perks of ordering online and I love
trying new things.

Hello, I ordered and was charged for 2 quantities of the Dr. Jart+
