Have not received a confirmation on a order

Placed this order early 1/13/18 and never received a confirmation for this order. I’ve always had a immediate confirmation on all my orders and had them all Ontrac with a hour or so. This is my first delay with a order stating it’s still “In Progress” over24hrs later. Just wanted to see if there was a system issue or it’s just behind schedule. Thanks so much for all you guys do! Have a fabulous day!💋

Save your proof of payment! I placed an online order in December. After waiting over a week I got curious as to where my order was. There was no evidence of my order having been placed on my Sephora account online but Sephora still took my money! Customer Service was not satisfactory. I insisted that they AT LEAST issue me a store credit but I had to fight with three different people to get it!
