Didn’t receive my 3 free samples with my order! :(

I recently placed a mobile app order and selected my three free samples and a reward item and upon receiving my order, I didn’t receive any free samples. I did get my reward item at least but I’m really disappointed I didn’t get my samples! Is this a common occurrence?

My order just arrived, and I didn't get my samples either. This is the first time I haven't received any even though I selected them. Disappointing!

I just received my order in the mail and I also didn't receive my 3 free samples either even though I selected them during checkout and their status says that they shipped along with the rest of my order. Really upset because I was really looking forward to trying them
