I went to my local Sephora store and did a makeover today but a few
hours later I checked the app to see what products got used and there’s
no products on the “products used in makeover/consultantion”

I would recommend calling Sephora customer service. Its generally hard
to cancel an order but if you can't cancel it you can still return it
for a full refund. @Anonymous
