Beauty Insider Points Missing

I made a purchase two days ago of over $200 and my points aren't showing up on my account. I checked my receipt and it has my insider number on it. Does anyone know if there was a glitch in the system that was causing a delay or who I can reach out to about this? It's never taken this long for points to show up before.
