Unsuccessful Authorization Order

I'm so tired of this. I have been trying to purchase some product but it keeps saying "Unsuccessful authorization".  It is not a credit card issue; my credit card company stated the purchases were approved, and my billing/shipping address match my credit card account. I don't understand what is the problem.  I've made 4 transactions that are all unsuccessful authorization. I searched this problem in the website and read a lot of others costumers that have been going with the same issue. It's really disappointing. And the costumer service didn't help at all.

There was no solution. I still can not make my purchase. And I dont know how to call the costumer service. I'm living in Argentina rigth now.
