Didnt get any free sample

Hello. 

I made a purchase from Florida Mall few days back. This was my first ever purchase from Sephora in person. They didn't include any free samples with my purchase. I didn't check at that time but later found out that every order gets a free sample. Should I go to my nearest store to claim?
