False advertising COMPLAINT
I am tired of seeing FREE samples on ALL emails when NOTHING is free
without a PURCHASE. ULTA offers free items ALL the time to their
members. Yes I choose them just because of this. It seems like false
advertising to say FREE shdn clearly it’s not.

I keep receiving emails showing certain items are marked down/for sale,
yet when I go to the Sephora website, the same items show up at full
