I can't see my Color IQ number on the Sephora app or website anymore. 

Where did it go?

 My color iq isn't skewing on the website or app either

Hi @Tona2592,

You should be able to enter your ColorIQ number into the system on our site to find fitting shade matches across brands here. > https://www.sephora.com/color-iq

The system works best on the desktop version of the website.

You can also enter your ColorIQ number into the "search" bar on our site, and it will pull up all foundation/concealer products with a fitting match. Once you click into any of the product pages, the ColorIQ match will be indicated with a bold box around the appropriate shade. I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any questions. 🙂

Hi @Tona2592,

Try logging in and clicking Profile > Edit Profile (in the top right corner) > ColorIQ. Let me know if you're able to find it there. 🙂
