Glitch

The website has had a glitch for over a month now with a white box covering a majority of the product descriptions. Many people have been complaining about it and yet nothing has been done. When is this going to be fixed? I don’t understand why this many people complain about something inhibiting them from shopping for this long and nothing is done to fix the issue.

I apologize for the issues you are having with our website. I have forwarded this feedback to our IT Team. In the meantime, I suggest clearing your cookies and cache and try opening our website in a different browser. I have been given this same response from customer service twice now over the last few weeks.  I don't have an issue placing an order, the box is covering the descriptions, ingredients, etc. of most product pages.  Different browsers and clearing the cache do not make it go away.  I have not been further assisted from customer service which is why I am posting on here about it.  I understand this is not something that can be magically fixed through an email, my issue is that it has been weeks and I am not the only one still having this problem.  I hope forwarding the issue to IT gets fixed soon then.
