Can we switch back to Canada Post from Fedex?

I have seen a few conversation threads recently about Sephora’s switch from Canada Post to Fedex. Living downtown Toronto, everything I had ordered was still being delivered via Canada Post. I recently moved to Winnipeg, and that has changed. My last order happened to be split in to two deliveries - half being sent via Canada Post, and the remainder shipped with FedEx. I’m sure that this was because my products were being shipped from separate locations, but I figured it would be a good experiment. I’m smack dab between the two originating locations. I received a confirmation order and tracking info for both portions of my order around the same time. Today I received my parcel from Canada Post. I looked up the tracking info from my FedEx and IT HASN’T EVEN LEFT THE ORIGINATING CITY! I’m not going to go into the difficulties arranging parcel delivery/pickup with FedEx, as these have been hammered to death in other posts. If the original reason for switching was for faster delivery time, FedEx is no faster, and much more inconvenient to deal with. I really prefer to not deal with FedEx if I can avoid it. Is there any discussion of returning to Canada Post deliveries in Canada?

Since you've moved to Winnipeg, are you able to find almost any and all products at the Sephora store in Polo Park or St. Vital without hassle?

Every time I go in, they never have anything in stock. Like today I checked "Find in Store" for 2 products that the staff member at Sephora mentioned was in stock and when I do the "find in store" nothing is available.

I always have a difficult time finding products I need.

Have you had that?
