Sephora always asks for damaged/broken items back from customers which
kinda makes sense, so do other brands majority of the time for obvious
reasons. Don’t take it personally. Hope you get the replacement in time!

No samples...again
My past two orders have arrived with zero samples. I usually don't
expect the ones I pick out anymore, but to have absolutely nothing? Such

your order. We do have to make substitutions for out of stock samples
but you still should receive three. I will look into this for you and
