On the beauty offers page it says that you can choose three trial size foundations with a purchase of $50 or more but it’s not working. What can I do?

Please ensure that you have at least $50 worth of merchandise in your basket (before taxes and shipping), and enter "MEDSHADE" or "DEEPSHADE" in the promotions section at checkout to select your 3 trial-sized foundations.

If you're unable to see a button where you can complete your 3 selections, please try switching to another Internet browser or the Sephora App. For additional assistance with placing your order, please contact a Beauty Advisor at 1-877-Sephora (1-877-737-4672). I hope this helps. 🙂

My total is over $50 before tax and I’ve tried entering the code “LIGHTSHADE” and it says the offer has expired. I don’t understand why because it’s still on the beauty offers page.

Hi @svasque7! I'm sorry for the confusion! I am not seeing it on my end on the Beauty Offers page. I only see MEDSHADE and DEEPSHADE.  Try accessing the page from this link: https://www.sephora.com/beauty/beauty-offers
