Shipment

Hey Beauties, I made 2 purchases over the weekend and was wondering when it will ship? It still says”in process”. Please let me know, I thought with Rouge it’s 3days shipping? Thanks a bunch Tika

Orders are processed on our business days, Monday- Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend begin processing on Monday. There is typically a one day processing time on all orders. If you order does not ship out by the end of the day today, please contact us at 1-877-Sephora (1-877-737-4672) or email customerservice@sephora.com so we can further assist you. Thanks!

It’s 3 business days and shipping time doesn’t include processing times. If you place an order over the weekend it processes usually by Monday or Tuesday. Hope this helps and you get your goodies soon 🙂
