OnTrac shipping problem again
This is my 2nd order that OnTrac claims they delivered when they didn’t.
I have cameras, and they aren’t on them. I see my mailman dropping off
Amazon packages, but not OnTrac. I wish companies would stop using them.

store and was able to exchange the Norvina eyeshadow for another one.
The new one looks a lot better than the damaged one!

Lost package?
I was supposed to receive my package today but never got it. The
tracking says it was delivered and signed by someone I do not know, so
was it delivered to the wrong address? It wasn't left with neighbors or
anyone I know.

Hi! I received my Smashbox Cali Contour palette in the mail today and
the contour shade is shattered. Unfortunately I live over an hour away

up internally. In most cases, the best thing to do is sign up for email
