Why have this sale if everything are sold out?

I've been waiting on that sale to get the SKYII Welcome Kit set, Tatcha etc and they're all sold out or "Sephora doesn't currently carry this product"😣😡Went to my local store they don't carry SKII, Please cancel my Flash shipping and Play Box😡

Your site crashed, the items were not sold out because I saw them but once add to basket "Sephora doesn't currently carry this product". The code wasn't working, I had to call customer service😣You guys owe us an apology because Sephora was unprepared or send personal code to those who couldn't get what they wanted.
