Order STATUS: Unsuccessful Authorization

Hi,

 

 

All my recent order have been with the STATUS: Unsuccessful Authorization from the end of October. As a VIB rouge, I missed the whole Rouge sales period and a lot of popular sets are out of stock now. 

 

I called the customer service everyday now from last Thursday. They helped to place an order via phone. Guess what? my order still get "Unsuccessful Authorization". According to the customer service, there was an item sold out when preparing my order for shipment. 

 

I really want to understand what is going on with my account. I never got an email or any other sort of notifications on canceling my order. Check in Sephora become part of my daily life and still the problem remain. 

 

When I emailed the customer service, the response was telling to call the phone number. I called, but nothing has been fixed or explained properly. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
