Hello @Anonymous and everyone else that has changed status during the VIB promo: 

Once you are upgraded to VIB Rouge, the promo will not work, but you will be sent an email with a unique code that can be used both online and in-store.  If you have not received the code, or are having difficulty applying it to your order, please contact us at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) and a representative will be able to help apply to the discount to your order.  Thank you!

Thanks for this info @kevinbt! Unfortunately, I haven't received the code yet. And I tried contacting the number you gave, the representative said that I have to place the order by phone....which is not that much convenience. Any other way that I can get the code you mentioned?
