My card was charged twice.

So I placed an order on the 9th of this month and it was for 347.16 and that was fine but on the 12th I was somehow charged for 311 but I never made an order that day? And looking through my orders there absolutely nothing and I’ve called my bank but they that Sephora has to return it and I’m so lost and I don’t know what to do
