Yes, I have called and waiting for replacement but it’s not been shipped

Normally, you have to order it online during your birthday month,
@Nuage20 but I know they've extended the in-store window for picking it
up in person, so you may want to reach out to customer service and see
if they can help.

Return
My return hasn’t moved in 12 days. Is this normal? I know, “A return can
take up to 3 weeks,” but I’ve sent packages via USPS during COVID and it
hasn’t taken this long. I’ve looked up Newigics and it has TERRIBLE
reviews online.

Why do we bother selecting samples if they don’t send them?
