Lost/Stolen Package

What can I do about Fed Ex saying my Sephora package was delivered and signed by someone I don’t know? Last package didn’t ask for a signature and now this one with Fed Ex is missing. I’ve asked everyone on my floor and no sign of anything 😞 Is there a possible reship option with USPS instead like the previous packages?
