The $100 Rouge Reward will expire after 90 days of redemption. 

With Beauty Insider Cash, you would have the option to redeem this at checkout online or in-store as long as you have enough points. 

For both the Rouge Reward and the Beauty Insider Cash they are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item that was purchased with these, the points and the discount amount would not be returned. I hope this information is helpful!
