Order not received

I placed my order on 16th of July, got the confirmation mail. My delivery suppose to be on 27th July. However, I got the message that due to COVID my delivery can be anytime sooner or later than the estimated delivery date. Then when I checked the tracking detail of my order yesterday on 20th July my estimated delivery was showing 26th of July. However, when I checked the prefer status today in the morning. It says that my order has been delivered on 19th, which is bizarre cause I haven’t received any order on 19th. 
This is so disappointing. I need to know where my order went.

Hello Danee,
 
I have asked everyone in my house, even the neighbours. I have also been to local mail services. They haven’t received any package either. They are saying it has been delivered but I don’t have it. I have been home the whole day on 19th, when the parcel was supposed to be delivered.
 
Please help me with the matter.
