Order still processing.

I have two orders that I placed five days ago and they both say they are still processing. Typically my orders are shipped out within an hour of the purchase and typically arrive in two days. The money has been taken out of my account so it isn't an issue of payment. I've contacted Sephora about this problem but I just got a generic response. I'm wondering if this is happening to anyone else or what I should do. Thanks!

Hi Annaleise, I'm so sorry for the delay. Due to a technical issue, we are experiencing a 2-4 business day processing delay. Our distribution center is working hard to ship the orders as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!

No problem! Two of my orders have shipped today but its a little weird. I'm waiting on a total of four orders and my first two placed haven't shipped but the last two have. It seems a little weird that the ones ordered first haven't shipped out but the ones ordered after that have shipped.
