Order processing still?



I placed 2 orders on the app and one was on the 10th while the other was on the 11th early morning. I didn’t think to do express shipping because with the little times I have ordered online I have always gotten my items before the shipping date. My order is supposed to come on the 16th but it’s still suck in processing and I have had no updates. I know the warehouse is backed up and that’s understandable seeing as the sale and such, but I was looking through the threads and it seems like this is a common occurrence even going back to the beginning of the year. I’m starting to worry seeing as while I haven’t done much online shopping as I stated earlier, in those little times I haven’t had any issues with shipping. I always do in store pick up but that was not an option because one of the items I wanted was sold out through every Sephora in stores around me. I know the shipping date is still 2 days away but seeing as it has taken this long to just process my order with no updates I find it very hard to believe I’m going to get my order before the Thursday and I needed the items for this Friday for a friends birthday.
