Can't process order

I am trying to order my order but once I try to place it it gives the message "Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct. If applicable, we have reversed any pending charges to your account.". I'm using a vanilla visa gift card and a Sephora gift card to pay, and I checked that all of the information is correct.

@evanova If you are using a prepaid visa, I would recommend contacting the number on the back of the card for more information as to why they are not authorizing it,
