Can’t process order

Hello! I’ve tried ordering online through my app, browser and web. I deleted and redownloaded, cleared cache and everything but when I go to order it says cannot process, information is wrong. I checked my info is right and I’ve re put in everything many times. Can someone please help me solve this?

@elle0000, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your registered email address, I'll look into this.
