Missing samples

my order just arrived. This is becoming a thing. It seems like quite a few people have posted. They have not received their samples for orders this past week. it seems like every time there is a large sale  there’s no samples. There wasn’t a single one in the box and I was really looking forward to trying the eyeliner, but it’s not there. I also don’t even have a receipt. no packing material. However, when I look at my order online, it’s all there;  anybody else?

I too just received my first order from Sephora and only had two items and did not receive my samples I picked out to try. I’m kind of bummed because this was my first order.

@TBHall, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your order number, I'll look into this.
