Missing samples

I placed an order in April. My samples were missing. Again. It happens a lot. I'm pretty sure that I posted a message here around that time and I received no response.

It happened to me too.  Again.  It’s just frustrating. It’s not the first time and I’m sure it won’t be the last time. Who should I contact about this?
