Lost package

I ordered a few items with rogue 2-day shipping via ontrac. I received notice that my items were delivered last week but was home at the time and did not see an attempt nor did my neighbors. I reached out to both ontrac and Sephora with no luck. It’s now been 5 days since my items were supposedly delivered. Has anyone had any luck with a missing/lost package replacement?
