Lost or Stolen Package

I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed due to the lost or stolen package, and the fact that customer service has not been able to help me resolve the issue.

This order is urgent. I have a flight to Victoria this week and will be away on vacation. These items are essential for my trip especially for restocking my vanity.

I also coordinated with my bank but they informed me that I cannot file a claim under purchase protection because, yes the package was marked as delivered but it was never in my possession and I never had the chance to hold or secure it, as it was simply left at my door and missing.

So now what? I’ve spent over $700+ and received nothing. I’m sorry but I’m a busy person and I rely on online shopping for convenience but and I never expected something like this to happen.
