Lost/stolen package

I’m so devastated and lost, worked and saved my hard earned money to buy some fragrances from Sephora  and support Sephora as a company I’ve been going to for almost two decades . I spent $600 online , expected my shipment yesterday 8/28 and no product to be found .  Why would I shop at store that treats their customer this way ?  “Hey sorry yea it’s a loss , keep asking your neighbors “ “call your delivery carrier  “ “call Sephora “  end of the day -600 zero products and a very disappointed customer . Good luck everyone , you can be loyal to the big company’s  but when things start shaking they leave you short and dry. I’m a hard working health care professional and have never experience this level of customer service or lack of before .
